The blue and red spectra in 2PFCTM have secondary peaks.  However, by adjusting the color matrices good color reproduction can still be obtained.

Macbeth color charts simulated using 2PFCTM and Bayer spectra are very close. Performed with Matlab and ISET image simulation software (ImagEval Consulting LLC).
