- Medical plans include either Paid Provider Organization (PPO) or Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) plans.
- Prescription drugs, vision care and a dental plan, with orthodontia included.
- A Health Care Flexible Spending Account lets you reduce your tax burden while saving for out-of-pocket health expenses.
- Employee and family are eligible for savings on services like chiropractic, acupuncture, therapeutic massage, vitamins & herbal supplements, and more.
- Life insurance, including exempt coverage at 1.5x annual salary is provided employees at no charge, with the chance to purchase additional coverage for themselves and dependents.
- Short-term disability coverage is standard, protecting an employee’s income for up to 26 weeks in event of non-work-related injury and illness. Long-term disability may be purchased at a very low monthly cost.
- Tax-defer up to 50% of your compensation into a 401(k) plan, with the company matching up to 4% when you contribute 6% pre-tax.
- Fully vest in just three years, and choose from a variety of investment options.
- In addition to 11 standard holidays, employees can select two personal holidays throughout the year.
- Begin with 10 prorated vacation days within the first year of service, then 13 days in the first 4 complete years and 15 days beginning in the 5th year.
